En fait ce sont les traces laissés par la fonte des glaciers qui se sont retirés à la fin de la dernière grande période glacière, il y a environ 10 000 ans.

In the legends, it is said that this shape carved into the mountain is the imprint of a giant Troll who sat here.
In fact, these are the traces left by the melting of the glaciers which retreated at the end of the last great ice age, around 10,000 years ago.
